I tackle all things office related, keeping things moving behind the scenes and despite the nickname ‘office fingers’ I can still get it done in the field. Lover of fitness, sports, dog walks, and anything nature related really and of course, beautiful flat whites. Catch me in the great outdoors.

I am a father of two with a genuine passion for problem-solving and hands-on work. With years of experience fixing and maintaining equipment, I take pride in being able to repair almost anything put in front of me. When i'm not on the tools, I enjoy spending time outdoors, whether that’s taking in the fresh air or unwinding on the golf course.

I am the founder of MANA, I am a father of two beautiful girls Croía and Casey and if we are not spending time in the outdoors together i will be either at the gym, in a coffee shop, in the forest or at the climbing wall. I am not tied to one individual thing hobbie i like to try everything more than once! I love personal development and i live by the quote “Kill Your Clone”.
